Core Principle: Strict Contact Isolation

Your phone number, WhatsApp, and email address are never public or searchable. They are only shared with a consultant when you deliberately choose their quote and pay the nominal platform unlock fee. Unverified users or random consultants cannot message, call, or harvest your contact information.

1. Information We Collect

Consultansy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Consultansy", "we", "us", or "our") collects information necessary to deliver our reverse marketplace service:

  • Account Credentials: Full name, verified email address, and mobile phone number for authentication and OTP delivery.
  • Consultant Profiles: Professional biography, years of experience, practice cities, languages, certification proofs, and ID documents submitted for verification.
  • Consultation Postings & Quotes: Service or product specifications, budgets, approaches, pricing models, and timeline estimates.
  • Transaction Information: Order IDs, GST breakup records, payment timestamp, and Razorpay transaction references (we do not store your debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs).

2. How We Use and Protect Your Data

We process your data strictly under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and applicable Indian information technology rules:

To match verified consultants in appropriate categories without leaking contact records.
To enforce anti-spam filters that block phone numbers and emails in public quote previews.
To process platform unlock fees and 7-day refund guarantee claims securely.
To verify consultant credentials and grant verified badges.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your personal data to brokers, advertising networks, or telemarketers. We share information only with:

  • The Chosen Consultant / Client: Strictly upon confirmed unlock fee settlement to allow direct offline dealing via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Payment Gateways: Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for processing the unlock fee.
  • Legal & Law Enforcement: Only when strictly mandated under Indian law or court subpoena.

4. Your Rights Under Indian Data Protection Law

You retain the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your account and personal data at any time. To request complete account deletion, you may use the account settings or contact our Grievance Officer below.
